They should be ashamed and scared what will happen one day to them due to their unethical business activities and absolutely horrible customer service. I surely will be pursuing legal action against them having spent approximately $5500 on their seater dining table. I would have been better off paying $6500 elsewhere so that i would be able to enjoy my dining table right now And eat dinner there with my family.

First time was for a set of recliners which we had delivered in about 7 days or so with UPS. Home Cinema Center brought them into our garage which is their typical delivery location. Anyways, I didn't get a pleasant or comfortable vibe from the customer service rep, who I spoke to twice each time I called.
I told them Home Cinema Center can come take all the pictures they need, just contact me first. Now I'm being told if I file claim they will sue me with a civil suite... Then when I attempted to post an honest review of their activities on the HomeCinemaCenter.com site, set up for that purpose for its customers it was not posted. Apparently they will only post positive reviews.
There was no delay with delivery and they were quick with any questions I had on upgrading us to platinum white glove delivery. Good prices and very fast shipping are really all I can say. I had no issues with the order and didn't need to deal with Customer Service. This was a pleasant and easy online shopping experience.

All buyers please be aware of this company as this has happened to several other customers here. We sadly didn't see these reviews until it was too late. Ordered a piece of furniture from this company online. Was supposed to receive it before Thanksgiving and the shipping company Home Cinema Center contracted with said their truck broke down and couldn't deliver. Six days go by and they finally deliver the box.
He was very short and very unconcerned. Didn't make me feel like that was a business I'd want to give my money to. So, I won't be giving it another shot. Just will from now on go with business I can trust and are well-known. The mattress arrived in an acceptable condition but did look like it had been dropped off a truck several times. The packaging was barely adequate and the product did have a small scuff of dirt when removed from the wrapping.
The delivery driver noted on the Packing list that the one piece had been compromised and the side was gouged. I took pictures with my phone since neither of us had a camera handy. These pictures showed the damage well enough to ascertain the dresser surely didn't arrive in excellent condition. I was told to take more pictures, of the whole dresser... I told them I don't have a camera so now I need to go buy a camera and I best hurry up if I'm going to make their deadline.
The quality of the merchadise and the ease of ordering and speed of receiving were very good. The transaction was very easy and shipping was VERY quick. The furniture we received came in excellent condition, was easy to assemble, and looks great.

One can clearly see two holes, presumably made by a forklift. This was documented on the shipping label, also signed by shipping company. I was a little worried about ordering from an internet site vs big department store. The white glove delivery guys did a fantastic job.
